Out of School Hours Care

The Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program at St Martin's Catholic Primary School operates Monday to Friday, including school holidays, school closure days and when the school finishes early at the end of the school term, unless otherwise advised. OSHC is not available on Public Holidays.

• Before School Care | 7:00am to 8:30am 
• After School Care | 3:00pm to 6:00pm
• Pupil Free Days | 7:00am to 6:00pm 
• Vacation Care | 7:00am to 6:00pm

OSHC Fee Policy

OSHC Fee Structure

The following fees are charged per child, per session. The prices listed are full fees and do not include rebates/Child Care Subsidy fee assistance.

The Commonwealth Government offers Child Care Subsidy to reduce the cost of childcare for all families. To apply for the Child Care Subsidy, please contact Centrelink directly.

Session / Care Type and Fees

• Before School Care (breakfast available until 8:00am) - $15.00
• After School Care - $25.00
• Pupil Free Day - $65.00
• Vacation Care - Home Day - $65.00
• Vacation Care - Incursion - $65.00
• Vacation Care - Excursion - $85.00

Late Cancellation

The session fee is applied if a child has not been cancelled in the approved time frames:

• Before School Care cancellation fee (less than 24 hours' notice) - $15.00
• After School Care cancellation fee (less than 24 hours' notice) - $25.00
• Pupil Free Day Cancellation fee (less than 7 days' notice) - $65.00
• Vacation Care Cancellation fee (cancellations beyond Monday Week 9, each term) - Full Session Fee

To receive no fee for absences for illnesses, parents must inform OSHC by 9:00am on the day.

The session fee is applied and an absence registered when a child does not attend a booked session of care and no attempts have been made to notify the service.
